Other Events Pricing

Monday - Thursday
  • Venue rental is available Monday through Thursday for non-wedding events for $200/hour with a minimum a 3-hour block.

Pricing includes the following

  • Use of all indoor and outdoor spaces
  • Maximum capacity of 300 guests
  • Rental of all available tables and chairs
  • Includes private parking lot

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at time of contract signing, with the balance due one month prior to the event date. A refundable deposit of $150 is required to cover potential damages and clean up.
Rates may change without notice. A contract locks in your rate.
