1. OPEN VENDOR POLICY

Sunflower Farms has an open policy for all vendors.  Clients are welcome to use any caterer, DJ, band, officiant, wedding planner, photographer, videographer, florist, decorator, etc. without pre-approval from Sunflower Farms.

2. INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

Event liability insurance is required for all weddings and events at Sunflower Farms.  This requirement is for your protection, as well as for protection of the venue.

3. LIQUOR POLICY

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the venue, so no alcohol may be brought in the from outside.  Bar packages are flexible and can meet any budget.

4. DECORATIONS

All types of decor are welcome with the exception of glitter.  Decorations must be free-standing and removed after the event.  Sparklers are allowed, but all candles and tea lights must be contained with no open flames.

5. RENTAL PERIOD

A weekend rental package gives you access to the venue from 10:00 am on Friday to 10:00 am on Sunday.  One-day packages are also available from 1:00 pm on Sunday to 10:00 am on Monday.
